Job Summary :

Smartcircuits Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Office Executive / STEM Lab Executive to support our school-based STEM, Innovation, Robotics, AI and Space Science projects.

The role involves a combination of office administration, school visits, STEM lab installation, equipment setup, student/teacher training and project coordination.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to travel, and an interest in working with technology and educational projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation and setup of STEM, Innovation, Robotics, AI and Space Labs at schools.
- Conduct basic student and teacher training sessions at schools.
- Demonstrate STEM kits, robotics equipment, electronics and other educational models.
- Visit schools and project locations for installation, training and project-related activities.
- Coordinate with school teachers,



coordinators and internal team members.
- Handle day-to-day backend office work and documentation..
- Coordinate and follow up regarding ongoing school projects.

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with students, teachers and school authorities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel to schools and project locations.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and educational tools.

Pay: ₹300.00 per day
