Job Description – Sales Professional

Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Ltd. is seeking a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Sales Professional to join our dynamic team in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers with loan requirements.
- Understand customer loan requirements and provide relevant information.
- Explain suitable loan products and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful cases.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners for smooth processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to management.




- Perform other sales-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, preferably in the BFSI/Loan/Financial Services sector.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/email.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Qualified and presentable personality.
