We are looking for an energetic and responsible Tour Manager to join our travel team and manage group tours across India.
The role involves travelling with tour groups, coordinating the complete tour from departure to return, and ensuring guests have a smooth, safe and enjoyable travel experience.
Requirements
- Must be able to speak Hindi, English & Malayalam
- Willing to travel anywhere in India
- Positive communication and people-management skills
- Ability to coordinate guests, hotels, transportation, guides and sightseeing
- Handle tour schedules and ensure timely departures and arrivals
- Assist guests throughout the journey
- Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally
- Friendly, confident and responsible personality
- Previous tourism/travel experience is an advantage
