We are looking for a Junior Operations Executive to join our team and work closely with the founder across day-to-day business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organised, confident communicating with people and interested in developing a broad range of professional skills in a startup environment.

Job ResponsibilitiesParent & Student Communication

- Contact parents and students regarding courses, programmes and enquiries.
- Make follow-up calls with prospective students and parents.
- Explain course and programme information clearly.
- Respond to routine enquiries and maintain professional communication.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Communicate confidently in Tamil and English.
- Malayalam language skills would be an advantage.

Online Class Coordination

- Assist with organising and coordinating online classes.
- Support students and trainers before and during online sessions.
- Help manage Zoom, Google Meet and other online learning platforms.
- Assist with attendance, schedules and class-related communication.




- Provide basic technical support during online sessions.

Administration & Operations

- Maintain student and enquiry records.
- Update spreadsheets, documents and digital files.
- Assist with scheduling and follow-ups.
- Organise routine administrative activities.
- Support the founder with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Help develop and improve business processes as the company grows.

Marketing Support

- Assist with basic digital marketing activities.
- Support social media and WhatsApp outreach.
- Help promote courses, programmes and events.
- Assist with preparing and organising basic marketing content.
- Learn and apply current marketing techniques with guidance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- BA, BSc, BCom or related degrees are welcome.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Fluent in Tamil.
- Malayalam is an advantage.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with common digital tools.
- Good typing and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets and online meeting platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive, responsible and proactive attitude.




- Comfortable working in a growing startup environment.

Previous professional experience is not essential. We are interested in candidates who demonstrate good communication skills, initiative, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn.

Probation & Salary
