- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and assist with car sales.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.

- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in inside sales/tele-sales/automobile sales preferred.
