Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel students regarding IELTS/PTE exams and related services
* Handle IELTS and PTE exam bookings, rescheduling and cancellations
* Guide students on exam procedures, dates and availability
* Follow up with students and ensure timely confirmations
* Maintain accurate student records in CRM
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student support
Requirements:
* Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
* Good English communication skills are essential
* Robust counselling and interpersonal skills
* Good coordination and follow-up skills
* Basic computer and CRM knowledge
*Knowledge of IELTS/PTE is preferred
* Candidates from Calicut preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
