Develop strong relationships with Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Heads.
- To create brand awareness amongst potential recruiters & camp; decision-makers in order to engage and strengthen corporate partnerships.
- To ensure effective outreach to the corporate world for organizing campus placement process
- To build new key accounts and maintain long term strategic partnerships
- To identify meaningful projects/ internship opportunities for students which will enable students to showcase their talent and apply concepts learned in the Classroom.
-Key Account management and development for academic partnership
-Meeting corporate to present various areas of collaboration
-Build associations with new organizations for recruitment
-Cementing relationship with existing corporate and conglomerate across various industries
-Liaising with corporate clients and managing placement processes for students
- Ensure smooth running of recruitment processes.
-Facilitate guest sessions and involve corporate mentors to conduct a workshops for the students.
- Experience in handling placements of MBA/MCA students would be an added advantage.

- MBA / MMS (Marketing / Human Resources)
Salary
- 50000- 55000
