Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who can work closely with our in-house team to bring structure, consistency, and quality to our digital presence. This role requires hands-on coordination, daily collaboration, and strong execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Coordination

- Create and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and communication.

Platform Management

- Manage and execute content across all social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories.

Content Execution

- Work closely with designers and videographers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain alignment with Tanmatra’s tone, values, and Ayurvedic authenticity.

Engagement & Community Management

- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Build a credible and trust-driven online presence.




- Escalate medical or sensitive queries appropriately.

Performance Tracking

- Monitor key metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth.
- Share weekly updates and insights.
- Suggest improvements based on performance.

Campaign Execution

- Support launches, campaigns, and masterclasses.
- Ensure timelines are followed and deliverables are executed accurately.

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Excellent written communication skills (English).
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination ability.
- Proactive, reliable, and execution-focused.
- Comfortable working in a structured, in-person team environment.
- Interest in Ayurveda / wellness is an advantage.
- Someone with at least 2 years experience in a similar role.

Work Structure

- Full-time, in-house role at our clinic in Kurvankonam, Trivandrum.
- Daily coordination with internal teams.
- Weekly planning and review meetings.
- High ownership of timelines and deliverables.
