Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and enquiries.
- Update customer details and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Maintain daily CRM updates and reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team.
- Track customer orders and pending follow-ups
- Support the team in customer communication.
- Assist with Front Office activities when required.
- Coordinate with Front office and Admin team.

Skills Required

- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Experience in Telecalling and Customer Care is preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Excellent computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- CRM knowledge is preferred.
- Positive coordination and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: 12,000 to 22,000
