Position: Manager
Location: Swamiyarmadam, Kanyakumari District
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily business operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance.
- Set and achieve organizational targets.
- Handle client communication and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure smooth workflow and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- 1+ year of relevant management/team-handling experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
