Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telecaller Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for making outbound cold calls, following up on warm leads, and closing sales deals over the phone.The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a high level of persistence, and a proven ability to smash sales targets. You must be comfortable handling objections gracefully and building rapid rapport with diverse customer profiles.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Conversion

- Initiate outbound calls daily to prospective and existing clients using our internal database and lead lists.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches that clearly communicate the value, advantages, and features of our products/services.
- Identify customer needs effectively through active listening and smart questioning to suggest the right solutions.
- Handle objections smoothly,



answer client inquiries confidently, and counter hesitations to successfully close deals.
- Achieve predefined daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and revenue closed.

Lead Management & Follow-ups

- Nurture potential leads by scheduling and executing timely callbacks.
- Route highly qualified leads or set appointments for the field sales team when required.
- Manage inbound queries professionally, turning basic customer support calls into upselling opportunities.

Data Integrity & Administration

- Update the CRM system instantly with accurate call logs, contact details, and customer interaction outcomes.
- Track performance metrics such as talk time, successful connections, and conversions to share in daily team huddles.
- Stay completely updated on product specifications, newly launched promotions, pricing structures, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
