Job Title: Laptop Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Laptop Service Engineer to provide top-notch technical support and maintenance services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

2. Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person.

3. Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.

4. Conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of IT systems.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

6. Document technical issues and resolutions.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

8. Develop and maintain technical documentation.

9. Participate in on-call rotations (if required).

10. Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
