Front Office & Parent Experience Executive

Candidate Preference: Foreign Nationals / OCI Cardholders currently residing in India

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, warm, and professionally presented Front Office & Parent Experience Executive to be the first point of contact for parents, prospective families, students, and visitors.

The role is highly parent-facing and requires excellent spoken English, robust interpersonal skills, and a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist parents, students, prospective families, and visitors.
- Manage the front desk and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Interact with prospective parents and handle their initial queries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the school.
- Coordinate with internal teams for visitor and parent requirements.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the reception.




- Ensure a high standard of parent and visitor experience.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory:

- Foreign National OR OCI Cardholder – STRICTLY REQUIRED
- Currently residing in Gurugram or Delhi NCR
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Warm, confident, polished, and approachable personality
- Comfortable interacting with parents and children
- Professional presentation and grooming

Preferred:

- Experience in hospitality, front office, customer experience, guest relations, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience in an international school or similar professional environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
