- Handle patient/client counselling and explain clinic services and treatments.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable treatments or services.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into appointments and paid consultations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build solid client relationships.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient handling.
- Maintain records of enquiries, appointments and conversions.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in clinic, healthcare, cosmetology, aesthetics or similar industry.
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Confident, professional and customer-focused personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and work with targets.

Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
