Position Title: Headmistress – Kindergarten

Sanjay Ghodawat International School is seeking an energetic and experienced KG Headmistress to lead our early childhood section. The candidate will oversee daily early-years operations, mentor teachers, drive a child-centric curriculum, and ensure a protected, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Academic Leadership: Lead and monitor play-based, child-centric curricula (literacy, numeracy, and SEL).
- Staff Mentorship: Supervise, evaluate, and train kindergarten teachers and support staff.
- Operations & Events: Manage daily schedules, classroom safety, hygiene, and early-years school events.
- Parent Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for parents, hosting orientations and PTMs.
- Child Welfare:



Track developmental milestones and ensure student well-being.

Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Primary Education; NTT/Montessori certification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of early childhood teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role (Coordinator/Headmistress) at a reputed school.
- Skills: Strong English communication, team leadership, and understanding of child psychology.
