Job Title: Associate Principal - Architecture

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 12-16 years

We are seeking an accomplished Associate Principal - Architecture to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role demands a hands-on technical leader with extensive experience in Java-based microservices and advanced AI/ML technologies, driving digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description:

1. Define and own the hands-on technical architecture and implementation of AI solutions within large modernization and digital transformation programs.

2. Lead the design and development of production-grade AI systems, ensuring smooth cutover to production against all non-functional requirements.

3. Architect and implement agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen, incorporating planning, tool calling, and guardrails.

4. Design and build robust RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines, covering chunking, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, and grounding.

5. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) via SDKs and APIs, applying advanced prompt engineering, versioning, and parameter-productive tuning techniques.

6. Develop and manage MLOps and LLMOps pipelines, including model registries, CI/CD, containerized serving, and safe rollout strategies for scalable inference.

7. Ensure NFR compliance, scalability, resilience, and cost-efficiency of AI systems, exposed as secured AI APIs.

8. Mentor technical leads and developers, facilitate technical workshops, and collaborate with client architects and program managers.

9. Drive the adoption of AI across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including AI-assisted coding, testing, and documentation.

10. Contribute to thought leadership by building proofs-of-concept, frameworks, and accelerators, and support presales proposals.
