Job Description – Ice Cream Parlour Staff

Position: Ice Cream Parlour Staff / Counter Staff

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and responsible individual to join our ice cream parlour team.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take orders professionally.
- Prepare and serve ice creams, sundaes, shakes, and other products.
- Handle billing and cash/POS transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the parlour.
- Manage stock and ensure products are properly stored.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with daily parlour operations.

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS is preferred.
- Previous experience in food, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
