Delivery Director

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director with experience of working with BFSI clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong technology delivery leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while leading large-scale delivery engagements and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs for clients.
- Build trusted relationships with client executives and business stakeholders.
- Drive delivery excellence, quality, governance, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead distributed delivery teams and mentor delivery managers.
- Partner with business and technology teams to define and execute strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, AI adoption, and operational improvements.
- Support account growth through solutioning, client workshops, and strategic advisory.

Required Experience

- 15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery.

- Experience working with BFSI clients,



preferably Wealth Management, or Private Banking organizations.

- Experience managing large global delivery teams.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
