Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong knowledge of the US staffing and recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates for various IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
- Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Negotiate compensation and manage offer closures.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US staffing/recruitment processes.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Experience handling US IT requirements and clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive knowledge of IT technologies and job requirements.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
