Role Description :-

This is a full time on-site role as a Customer Support Executive in Gurugram. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues. You will also maintain accurate records of interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience in customer support is must.

Proficiency in using CRM software

Salary :-

25k - 35k CTC

Rotational shifts (which includes Night shifts)
