Field Sales – Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident candidate for a Field Sales role. The candidate will be required to work primarily in the field, meet potential customers, promote company products/services, generate leads, and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit potential and existing customers regularly as part of field work.
- Generate new leads through field visits and other sources.
- Meet customers, understand their requirements, and explain company products/services.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer requirements.




- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Travel to different locations as required for customer meetings and business development.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Willingness to work in the field on a daily basis.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to travel to different locations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates who are comfortable with field work and regular travel are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
