Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our automotive detailing and car care studio. You will drive sales growth, manage team performance, and ensure top-tier service delivery for premium treatments like ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), and detailing packages.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations:

1.Manage studio opening and closing, maintain pristine showroom/bay standards, and ensure smooth workflow.

2.Customer Relations: Greet clients, understand car care needs, recommend suitable service packages, and handle feedback or after-sales support.Service & Quality Control:

3.Coordinate appointment schedules and inspect finished vehicles to ensure high quality before customer delivery.

4.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate detailing technicians and support staff to maximize productivity.Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of chemicals, microfiber cloths, films, and equipment, minimizing wastage and reordering supplies on time.Sales & Reporting:

5.Track daily revenues,



drive repeat business, and prepare reports on sales performance and customer trends.

Requirements & Skills Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience managing a retail store, service center, or automotive detailing studio.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with car detailing, PPF (Paint Protection Film), ceramic coatings, and car care products.Skills: Solid leadership, customer-handling, problem-solving, and basic computer/reporting skills.Licenses: A valid four-wheeler driving license is often required to move and test customer cars safely.
