This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who wants to grow across design, content, social media, and marketing.

You don’t need to be an expert in everything. We’re looking for someone with a strong willingness to learn, take initiative, experiment, and gradually take ownership of projects.

You’ll work closely with the studio founder and support the execution of creative and marketing projects for different brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media graphics, posts, carousels, and other marketing creatives.
- Assist with video editing for reels and short-form content.
- Support photoshoots, content shoots, and on-ground brand activities.
- Assist with social media management and content execution.
- Coordinate with influencers and support influencer marketing activities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Assist with client communication and project coordination.
- Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency across deliverables.
- Research trends, competitors, content formats, and marketing ideas.
- Take initiative and support the team wherever required.

Skills & Tools

Basic working knowledge of:

- Canva
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut / VN
- Instagram and other social media platforms

You are not expected to master every tool from day one. A willingness to learn and improve is essential!

Training & Probation

- 1 month of training
- 2 months of probation
- Full time, in-person work from October 2026

The role and compensation will be reviewed based on performance, workload, growth, and tenure.
