Ten 11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef – Indian Cuisine to join our Lounge in Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai

Position: Head Chef / Commis Chef – Indian Cuisine/Tandoor base
Industry: Hospitality / Lounge Operations
Experience: 1–3 years in Indian cuisine preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing Indian dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Support the Chef/Senior Kitchen team in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning and quality
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards
- Handle kitchen equipment and ingredients responsibly
- Ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Follow company and kitchen SOPs

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Indian cuisine,



preferably in a hotel, restaurant, lounge or QSR environment
- Good knowledge of basic Indian cooking techniques
- Passion for food and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen workplace
- Good hygiene, discipline and teamwork
- Hospitality experience will be an added advantage
