Position: PLC Programming & Panel Wiring Intern

Internship Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Learn and support SPM machine automation and control systems.
- Assist in electrical panel wiring, cable routing, ferruling, and termination.
- Read and understand basic electrical circuit diagrams and wiring drawings.
- Assist with PLC I/O checking and sensor testing.
- Support installation and wiring of sensors, solenoid valves, motors, relays, contactors, and other electrical components.
- Assist in HMI, VFD, and basic automation troubleshooting.
- Participate in machine testing, trial runs, and commissioning activities.
- Learn PLC programming using Siemens / Mitsubishi / Delta / Allen-Bradley platforms.
- Maintain proper safety procedures while working on electrical and automation systems.




- Work closely with senior engineers and gain practical experience in SPM automation.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of Electrical / Electronics / Automation.
- Basic understanding of PLC and electrical circuits is preferred.
- Interest in PLC Programming, Panel Wiring, and Industrial Automation.
- Good learning attitude and willingness to work hands-on.
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and measuring instruments will be an advantage.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in EEE / ECE / E&I; / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates and students looking for an industrial internship can apply.
