Job Summary

The Senior UI/UX Designer will own the design process end-to-end — from understanding user

problems and creating flows/wireframes to high-fidelity UI, prototyping, developer handoff and

post-launch UX improvements.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Business and jAI teams to deliver high-quality

product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

 Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI for Jumpp

mobile and web.

 Own key product journeys across Banking, FD, Mutual Funds, Digital Gold/Silver, UPI,

Insurance and Loans.

 Design onboarding, account opening, KYC and transaction journeys with a robust focus on

usability and conversion.

 Design all important product states — empty, loading, error, success, confirmation and

edge cases.

 Collaborate with the jAI team to create AI-driven financial, budgeting, spend-management

and personalised experiences.

 Conduct competitor research and benchmark leading fintech, banking and consumer apps.

 Use user feedback, product analytics/Mixpanel and usability testing to identify and





improve UX issues.

 Maintain and contribute to the Jumpp Design System and ensure consistency across product

touchpoints.

 Prepare accurate, developer-ready Figma files, specifications and design documentation.

 Collaborate with developers during implementation and conduct design reviews to ensure

design accuracy.

 Support UX audits, backlog prioritisation, website UX/UI and campaign landing pages.

 Identify opportunities for personalisation, cross-module navigation and improved

customer journeys.

 Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, journey mapping, wireframing, research and

design analysis.

Required Skills & Tools

UI/UX & Product Design

 Strong understanding of UX Research, User-Centred Design, Interaction Design and Visual

Design.

 Excellent experience in User Flows, Wireframing, Prototyping, Information Architecture

and High-Fidelity UI.

 Strong understanding of responsive mobile & web design, usability and accessibility.

 Experience designing complex financial/product journeys and multiple UI states.

 Strong knowledge of Design Systems, Components, Design Tokens and UI consistency.

Design Tools

 Figma – Advanced / Mandatory

 FigJam – User journeys, brainstorming and workshops

 Adobe Creative Suite / Photoshop / Illustrator – good to have

 Prototyping and interaction-design capabilities within Figma or equivalent tools

AI & AI-Enabled Design

Hands-on exposure to AI-enabled design workflows and tools such as:

 Figma AI – AI-assisted design, content and prototyping

 ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini – ideation, UX research synthesis, journey mapping, UX copy and

design exploration

 Uizard / Galileo AI / Visily – AI-assisted wireframing and rapid UI generation

 Midjourney / Adobe Firefly – visual exploration and creative ideation

 Ability to use AI to accelerate user-flow creation, wireframing, research synthesis, UX

analysis and design iterations

Analytics & UX Research

 Experience with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools.

 Understanding of usability testing, user feedback and behavioural data.

 Ability to translate data and research insights into actionable UX improvements.

Collaboration

 Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Business and Design

teams.

 Ability to communicate design rationale and work effectively through implementation.

 Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced product

environment.

Experience & Qualifications

 4–7 years of experience in UI/UX / Product Design.

 Experience in Fintech, Banking, Financial Services or consumer-facing digital products

preferred.

 Experience designing mobile applications is highly preferred.

 Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design ownership is mandatory.

 Experience with financial products such as payments, investments, banking, lending,

insurance or KYC will be an advantage.
