We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support business growth by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships for ishttaa TechCraft in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Support client acquisition and assist in converting leads into business opportunities Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solution deliveryPrepare basic business proposals and support in client presentations Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to drive conversionsMaintain CRM records and update sales activitiesSupport senior business development team in achieving sales targetsConduct basic market research and identify new opportunities Required Skills:Solid communication and interpersonal skillsLead generation and client handling abilityBasic understanding of IT services / software solutionsNegotiation and follow-up skillsCRM tools knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)Target-oriented and willingness to learnQualifications:BE/B.Tech/Bsc/BCA--Must be from technical backgroundPreferred
3-5 years of experience in sales / business development / client acquisition rolesExperience in IT services or consulting industry is an advantage
