The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, design standards, and regulatory guidelines. The role requires creativity, technical expertise, and robust coordination skills to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and presentations based on client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documents
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently
- Assist in material selection, detailing, and finishing decisions
- Support project execution from concept to completion

Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar)
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for project management, project billing, and quantity tracking.
- Familiarity with SketchUp (Architectural & Interior Design) for 3D modeling and visualization.
- Ability to leverage AI-based software tools such as ChatGPT for enhanced project communication and design collaboration.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
