Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads and partnership opportunities.
Reach out to independent artists, music labels & other potential clients through calls, emails, social media & networking.
Build & maintain strong relationships with artists, labels & industry professionals.
Understand client requirements and effectively present our services & business offerings.
Follow up with potential leads & convert opportunities into business partnerships.
Maintain a database of leads, conversations & business opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and partnership process.
Stay updated with trends and developments in the music and entertainment industry.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi




Strong interpersonal, networking & relationship-building skills.
Confidence in reaching out to recent people and initiating business conversations.
Ability to generate leads & consistently follow up on opportunities.
Previous experience in business development, sales, media, music or entertainment will be an advantage.
A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
Knowledge of the music industry, artists, and record labels is a plus.
