Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of phlebotomists
* Handle manpower planning, allocation, and utilization
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Monitor team performance and productivity
* Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to TAT
* Handle escalations and maintain service quality
* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
✅ Requirements:
* Solid team handling and manpower management skills
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel (reporting & tracking)
* Good communication and problem-solving ability
* Ability to manage field teams effectively

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
