- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue.
- Identify current business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
- Set sales targets and monitor the team's performance against KPIs.
- Manage customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage the company's brand positioning and promotional activities.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales and other staff.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with important clients.
- Track campaign performance and improve marketing ROI.
- Ensure customer feedback is communicated to the relevant internal teams.
