We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) candidates to join our Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) firm as Associates Legal Research, with a focus on U.S. law. In this role,you will conduct in-depth legal research on federal and state laws, case precedents, work on demand letters in tort law, and prepare case summaries with accurate and well-organized research findings. Thisopportunity is open to candidates with up to 2 years of experience. Company Secretary (CS) candidates are preferred; however, LLB graduates with strong research and analytical skills are alsoencouraged to apply. Clear writing, understanding of legal concepts, and attention to detail are essential. Prior experience in U.S. legal research or LPO work is a plus but not mandatory.We provide structured training, a cooperative work environment, and growth opportunities in U.S. legal analysis and client support.
