About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 3 to 6 months of hands-on experience in US and Canada IT recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT professionals across various technical skill sets for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions in North America.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize major job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases to source active and passive IT talent in the US and Canada.

- Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates based on technical skill fit, communication skills, visa/work authorization status, and availability.

- Requirement Analysis: Read and parse complex IT job specifications (e.g., Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Data Analysts) to identify essential vs. desired skills.

- Candidate Management: Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, negotiate pay rates within project margins, and assist with candidate onboarding.

- Tax Terms & Visas:



Understand and work across common North American engagement models (W2, C2C, 1099 in the US; T4, Inc. in Canada) and visa/status types (US Citizen, GC, H-1B, EAD, TN; Canadian Citizen, PR, Open Work Permit).

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 6 months of active experience in US or Canada IT recruitment.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills suitable for interacting with North American candidates.

- Technical Aptitude: Understanding of basic IT terminologies, frameworks, and roles across software development, infrastructure, and analytics.

- Sourcing Capability: Hands-on experience Boolean searching across job boards, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts aligning with North American business hours.
