This role requires strong communication, structured follow-ups, ethical counseling, and the ability to work toward monthly goals in a professional environment.

A successful Academic Counselor at Teams Abroad is someone who:

- Clearly understands student and parent requirements through effective communication
- Provides accurate and ethical career counseling based on student profiles
- Guides students toward suitable countries, universities, and courses
- Maintains consistent follow-ups and converts inquiries into admissions
- Achieves assigned monthly counseling and enrollment targets with discipline and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling for study abroad aspirants
- Understand client requirements and recommend best-fit study options
- Maintain student records, follow-ups, and conversions using the CRM system
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth admission and documentation processes
- Stay updated on admission procedures, scholarships, and visa guidelines (training provided)




- Build long-term trust with students and parents through transparent communication

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in any sales-oriented role with professional communication etiquette or admission sourcing will be an added advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills, the ability to work toward business development goals within tight timelines, and a positive learning mindset are welcome
- Graduation preferred (relevant experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications)

Compensation & Advantages

- Monthly salary up to INR 25,000 + performance-based incentives

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
