Meta Ads Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns, preferably with a robust performance marketing mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve conversions and profitability.
- Manage budgets and scale high-performing campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing and creative testing.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversions.
- Work with the creative/marketing team to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports.

Mandatory Requirements

- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
- Previous experience working on E-commerce projects is mandatory.




- Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign analytics.
- Ability to make decisions based on data and performance.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work from our Madipakkam, Chennai office at least 3 days a week.

Interview Requirement

Candidates will be expected to discuss their previous E-commerce projects using actual performance data.

Be prepared to explain:

Campaign Objective → Budget → Strategy → Results → ROAS/CPA → Optimization → Outcome

Candidates should be able to demonstrate what they personally worked on and the results achieved.

Compensation

Starting from ₹25,000/month + performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and expertise.
