About the Household

- Family: Family of three
- Current Staff: Two household staff already in place
- Budget: Starting INR 70,000/month
- Working Hours: Approx. 12-hour working day; inclusive of breaks and one weekly-off

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare vegetarian, home-cooked meals for the family, including Gujarati cuisine
- Cook multi-cuisine dishes as per the family's preferences and occasions
- Plan healthy, nutritious, and well-balanced daily menus
- Apply nutrition knowledge to tailor meals to each family member's dietary needs and goals
- Coordinate with the existing household staff on kitchen and meal-related tasks
- Manage kitchen inventory, groceries, and supplies
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety,



and kitchen cleanliness

Required Experience

- Certification/Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant cooking experience (preferred)
- Minimum five years of experience working in hospitality, hotels, or luxury residences

Skills & Attributes

- Solid command over vegetarian, Gujarati, and multi-cuisine cooking
- Sound knowledge of nutrition, portion control, and balanced meal planning
- High standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness
- Ability to coordinate smoothly with the existing household staff
- Mature, reliable, and comfortable working closely with the family
