The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the NBFC or financial services sector, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving business goals while ensuring superior customer service.

Vacant Branches: Kuravilangad, Ettumanoor, Paippad and Kaduthuruthy

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months experience in an NBFC or similar financial institution
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively
- Ability to manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to guide and assist walk-in customers with professionalism
- Good understanding of financial products, lending operations, and market dynamics
