Job Summary

OFGA, a company dealing in outdoor furniture, is looking for a smart, well-spoken and presentable Showroom Executive to join our showroom in Pune. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and provide information about outdoor furniture products.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer details and showroom records.




- Perform basic documentation and data entry.
- Use MS Excel and other basic computer applications.
- Follow up with customers as required.
- Maintain a neat and organised showroom setting.

Requirements

- Fresher candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Smart, presentable and customer-oriented.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Interest in showroom sales and customer interaction.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.
