Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in History and Political Science.
- Follow the school curriculum and academic guidelines effectively.
- Develop students’ analytical, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain accurate student records.
- Ensure effective classroom management and student discipline.
- Encourage discussions, debates, projects, and activity-based learning.
- Provide constructive feedback and support students’ academic development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, examinations,



and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain positive communication with parents regarding student progress.

Skills Required

- Robust subject knowledge in History and Political Science.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Student-centric and innovative teaching approach.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and technology.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
