Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman with strong expertise in AutoCAD, SRA and Municipal approval drawings, and hands-on experience working on residential real estate projects in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing and checking approval drawings, coordinating with Liaisoning Architects and Senior Architects, assisting with feasibility studies and area calculations, and supporting the approval process.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and check SRA, BMC/Municipal and MHADA approval drawings in coordination with Liaisoning Architects and Senior Architects.
- Prepare drawings related to IOD, CFO, IOA, ETC, Concurrence and other authority approvals.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with applicable Mumbai development regulations and approval requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural layouts and presentation drawings.
- Assist Senior Architects in feasibility studies and development of planning options.
- Prepare and verify BUA, Carpet Area and Construction Area calculations.
- Coordinate with architects, liaisoning teams and consultants for drawing revisions and approval requirements.
- Review drawings carefully to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy before submission.
- Support preparation of drawings and documentation required for various project approvals.
- Coordinate drawing requirements across different stages of residential, SRA and redevelopment projects.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions and approval-related documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- ITI / Diploma in Civil & Architectural Draftsmanship or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in Architectural Draftsmanship for Mumbai real estate projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience with SRA and Municipal approval drawings.
- Exposure to BMC and MHADA projects will be highly preferred.
- Good understanding of IOD, CFO, IOA, ETC and Concurrence-related drawings.
- Experience with BUA, Carpet Area and Construction Area calculations.
- Strong coordination skills with architects and liaisoning teams.
- Good understanding of architectural layouts and planning.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in SRA / redevelopment / residential projects.
- Detail-oriented with excellent drawing accuracy.
- Ability to independently handle drawing preparation and checking.
- Strong knowledge of Mumbai's approval and development workplace.
- Comfortable working with Senior Architects, Liaisoning Architects and project teams.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
