Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key customers in the logistics and supply chain sector. The role involves understanding customer requirements, ensuring service excellence, driving revenue growth, retaining existing accounts, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of key enterprise and corporate customers.
- Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.




- Understand customer logistics and supply chain requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor shipment performance, delivery timelines, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability from existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services such as express delivery, FTL/LTL, warehousing, last-mile delivery, freight forwarding, or other logistics solutions.
- Prepare and conduct regular business reviews
- Candidate must be comfortable to travel to pan india.
