We are looking for an experienced Import–Export Executive to manage international trade operations, export documentation, import coordination, shipping, customs clearance, and logistics. The candidate will coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, CHA, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely import–export transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and customs authorities.
- Handle import of machine components, spare parts, and accessories.
- Manage export shipments of fiber laser cutting machines and related products.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and other applicable trade regulations.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and export-related documentation.
- Track shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics costs.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, sales, and finance departments.




- Maintain accurate records of import–export transactions and prepare reports.
- Resolve shipment, documentation, and customs-related issues.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Import–Export procedures and international logistics.
- Familiarity with DGFT, IEC, customs documentation, and shipping processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Experience in engineering or machinery manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in International Business or relevant field.
Experience: 2–5 years in Import–Export operations, preferably in machinery

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
