We are looking for a Decision Science Tech Lead to drive data-driven business and operational decisions using Data Science, Analytics, Forecasting, Machine Learning and Optimization. The role involves leading analytics initiatives, managing stakeholders, mentoring a team, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics initiatives across forecasting, capacity planning, productivity, process optimization, service operations and resource allocation.
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Build/review predictive, statistical, forecasting, optimization and scenario models.
- Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards and decision-support solutions.
- Lead and mentor analysts/data scientists and ensure quality delivery.
- Work closely with senior business, operations, product and technology stakeholders.
- Present analytical insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
