Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, warm, and guest-focused Hostess to create a welcoming experience for guests. The Hostess will be the first point of contact and will be responsible for greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth coordination with the restaurant service team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly with a professional and pleasant attitude.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus as required.
- Maintain awareness of table availability and coordinate seating with the service team.
- Handle guest queries and requests professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Captain, and service team for smooth guest flow.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional etiquette.
- Assist in managing VIP guests and special occasions with appropriate attention.
- Ensure the entrance, reception,



and waiting area are clean, organised, and presentable.
- Handle guest feedback courteously and escalate concerns to the concerned manager when required.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the restaurant's menu, services, and overall guest experience standards.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a warm and welcoming approach.
- Strong guest-handling and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of fine-dining etiquette and service standards.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy hours.
- Good grooming and presentation.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant reservation/POS systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
