Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales/counseling team.
- Achieve team sales and admission targets.
- Monitor team performance and improve conversions.
- Support team members with sales strategies and guidance.
- Track daily performance and prepare reports.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Sales/Team Management.
- Mandatory EdTech experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
