# Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

### Job Summary

We are looking for a **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners in the **lithium-ion battery industry**.

### Key Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and market visits.

* Identify potential **dealers, distributors, retailers, OEMs, and institutional customers**.

* Promote and sell the company’s **Lithium-ion Battery Packs and Energy Storage Solutions**.

* Identify new business opportunities across **EV, Solar, ESS, UPS, Telecom and other battery applications**.

* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into business.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the **Sales/Technical team** for suitable battery solutions.





* Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and basic business reports.

* Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, delivery, and customer support.

### Required Skills

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

* Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

* Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

* Ability to develop new customer, dealer, distributor, and OEM relationships.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.

* Knowledge or experience in the **Lithium-ion Battery, EV, Energy Storage, Solar, Electrical, or related industry** will be an added advantage.

### Education

**Graduate in any discipline.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
