We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounts operations. You will manage end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, audit finalization, cash flow, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting & MIS: Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and monthly P&L;, balance sheets, and management MIS reports.
- Tax & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with GST (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C), TDS, PF/ESI, advance tax, and IT returns.
- Audit & Finalization: Independently lead year-end book closure, balance sheet finalization, and liaise with statutory auditors and banks.
- Cash Flow & Treasury: Track daily liquidity, working capital, vendor payouts, and debtor aging/collections.
- Team Management:



Guide and review the work of junior accounting staff.

Requirements:

- Experience: 7+ years in core accounting, with at least 2+ years leading a team.
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance (Semi-qualified CA / Inter CA / CMA preferred).
- Technical Skills: Robust hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime / Zoho Books and advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST reconciliations, and TDS regulations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
