About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Engineer to oversee construction, renovation, refurbishment, maintenance, and civil works across our diverse business verticals. The role involves managing projects from planning to completion while ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction, renovation, and civil projects across multiple properties and verticals.
- Supervise site execution, quality, timelines, and project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects and consultants.
- Prepare/review BOQs, estimates, quotations, and material requirements.
- Monitor project costs, measurements, bills, and material usage.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates to management.
- Travel to project sites across Chennai and other branches/properties across India as required.

Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant experience in construction,



civil engineering or project execution.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in construction and site management.
- Good knowledge of BOQs, estimation, materials and project execution.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Ability to read architectural/structural drawings.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
