Job Summary

SLBS Marklance is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our Digital Content Creation Team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and capturing high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, educational content, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and shoot high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and social media.
- Handle cameras, lighting, microphones, tripods, and other video equipment.
- Set up appropriate lighting, framing, angles, and compositions for different shoots.
- Work closely with Content Creators, Video Editors, Brand Strategists, and Marketing Teams.
- Capture interviews, testimonials, educational videos, promotional content, events, and short-form videos.
- Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into visually engaging video content.
- Ensure proper audio and video quality during shoots.
- Manage and organize raw footage and maintain proper file management.
- Stay updated with current video trends and social media formats.
- Assist the editing team by providing well-organized and high-quality footage.




- Manage multiple shoots and complete assignments within deadlines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Film Making, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Media Production, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Videographer, Camera Operator, or similar role preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical skills and a good portfolio may also apply.
- Good knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Familiarity with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and basic professional video equipment.
- Basic knowledge of video editing is an added advantage.
- Good creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a creative team.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
