JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Marketplace Executive with practical experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day marketplace operations, product listing, marketplace advertising, sales growth, promotions, inventory coordination and performance analysis.

This role is suitable for candidates who have independently handled Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub and have experience with Marketplace PPC/Ads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions, images and keywords
- Manage Amazon & Flipkart PPC/advertising campaigns and optimize them for sales and profitability
- Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and sales performance
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Plan and execute deals, coupons, promotions and marketplace sale events
- Monitor product pricing, Buy Box, ratings, reviews, returns and account health
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility,



rankings and conversions
- Coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to maintain sufficient stock
- Handle marketplace issues, cases and support communication
- Track daily sales, advertising spend, orders and product performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketplace performance reports
- Analyze marketplace data and recommend actions to improve sales and profitability

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub
- Practical knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart PPC and advertising
- Marketplace SEO and listing optimization
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Understanding of marketplace sales, margins and profitability
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketplace operations

IMPORTANT

This is a hands-on marketplace role. Candidates should have actual working experience managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts, including listings, PPC/advertising and marketplace sales—not only order processing, catalog uploading or customer support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,333.00 per month
